Operational Transparency and Platform Optimization

New administrative data views provides clearer oversight of platform usage, data flow and system status, supporting stronger governance and internal accountability. Performance optimizations and simplified loan origination views reduce technical friction, making it easier for teams to access insights, which drives dater decision-making and improves operational alignment across departments. The list of additional tables/views in the ADMIN schema are:

DECISION_PROCESS_XREF

Loan Origination configuration of the various decisions occurring throughout the pipeline of a loan application (i.e. Approved, Denied, Canceled, etc.). This configuration table is critical to understanding the metrics around the loan origination pipeline. 

FILE_HISTORY 

Records every file loaded into the Data Store and key details to ensure all files have successfully loaded.  

FILE_UPLOAD  

Additional details about the file upload process into the Data Store. 

FILE_UPLOAD_SUMMARY 

Metadata about each source system the credit union has loaded files from. 

LOAN_TYPE_XREF

Records how applications are classified by the type of loan the member is requesting. 

ODS_LOAD_STATUS 

Tracks the status of every table on each Data Store. 

RANGE_XREF

Displays the configuration of tiers within the analytics platform and shows the adjustments made via the configurator. 

SOURCE_ROW_COUNTS 

Shows the number of records loaded into the data store for every data load. This table is vital for ensuring reconciliation with the source systems.

New cashbox tracking enables better oversight of branch-level cash handling, supporting tighter liquidity management and cost control. 

Regulatory Readiness:

Secure access to cardholder agreements and debit card activity enhances compliance transparency and reduces audit risk. 

Infrastructure Intelligence:

Added system-level data improves visibility into how your core connects with APIs, third-party tools and cloud platforms, enabling smarter decisions around digital transformation and vendor strategy.

CASHBOXTXN - DNA_ADDON_OSIBANK_CASHBOXTXN

Expands the scope of transaction-level reporting for credit unions regarding cashbox transactions (i.e. cash handling at branches), giving credit unions the ability to become more efficient with their cash flows. 

CASHBOXTXNBAL - DNA_ADDON_OSIBANK_CASHBOXTXNBAL

Tracks the balances changes for each cashbox transaction at the credit union to ensure precise tracking of cashflows. 

NTWKNODE - DNA_ADDON_OSIBANK_NTWKNODE

Stores detailed information about the logical or physical connection points within the infrastructure that supports the DNA core processing environment which is critical for tracking.

  • Data exchanges between DNA and external systems (i.e. APIs, Connectors, 3rd Party Services, etc.). 
  • Distributed Processing across environments like On-Prem, Cloud, or Hybrid deployments of DNA. 
  • Security and access control especially with the shift to core API-based authentication. 

PS_PII_ACCTEXTORGID - DNA_ADDON_OSIBANK_PS_PII_ACCTEXTORGID 

Unveils the PII data related to external organizations within the credit union’s DNA core processing system. 

VIEW_CARDAGREEMENT_PCI - DNA_SNAPSHOT_OSIBANK_VIEW_CARDAGREEMENT_PCI 

Enables secure reporting on cardholder agreements with members’ debit cards issued by the credit union. The agreements include data on.
